In 2025, recognizing the growing need to for adaptable, people-centered business strategy, Christine founded Strategically Aligned Consulting, LLC. The firm challenges the long-held belief that “culture eats strategy for breakfast”—demonstrating that when leadership capabilities, employee performance, and business strategies are aligned, organizations don’t just withstand uncertainty — they lead through it.
